By contracting with Father Daughter Construction for remodeling and design services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with our services.
Services Provided
Father Daughter Construction offers a range of services, including, but not limited to, kitchen remodels, bathroom upgrades, custom cabinet creation, and full-home interior updates. Detailed descriptions of our services are provided during the consultation and are tailored to each client’s specific needs.
Service Agreement
Upon agreeing to proceed with a project, clients will be required to sign a Service Agreement that outlines the scope of work, project timeline, payment terms, and other specifics related to the individual project.
Payment Terms
Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in the Service Agreement. Initial deposits are required to commence work, with subsequent payments due at various project milestones. Final payment is due upon project completion and satisfactory delivery of services.
Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, and materials produced by Father Daughter Construction during the course of work are the intellectual property of Father Daughter Construction until full payment has been made. Upon final payment, ownership of the produced materials transfers to the client.
Cancellation and Refunds
Clients may cancel their projects according to the terms specified in the Service Agreement. Generally, deposits are non-refundable, but considerations for partial refunds can be made on a case-by-case basis depending on the project stage at the time of cancellation.
Liability and Warranty
Father Daughter Construction warrants that all services will be provided with professional care and skill. Liability for any issues arising from our services is limited to the cost of service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes to Services
Father Daughter Construction reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We will, however, strive to notify clients of significant changes that may affect their ongoing projects.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to the interpretation of these terms and conditions or the execution of services will be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration in Ohio, according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
