Our story is as much about family as it is about building homes. It all began years ago when we, a father and daughter team, discovered our shared love for fixing up houses. Each project we undertook taught us partnership and how to use our unique skills to benefit the project at hand.

Trinity

My journey into construction started in high school, when I took on my first house flip with my father. It was a small project, but one that was perfect for an inexperienced and eager-to-learn person like me! Still searching for a career that would suit me best, I began working for an asset management firm, and became licensed as a financial advisor. I gained priceless knowledge in financial planning and making wise investment decisions for clients, but my heart wasn’t in it. Throughout those years, I completed 3 house flips with my father and earned my real estate license. Although becoming a Realtor was still not my dream, it came with invaluable knowledge and put me at an advantage as we continued to flip houses. I am thrilled to have found my place in construction and now own and run Father Daughter Construction. I am happy to say I have found my true passion in helping people to love their space and help them call their house a home! I have an impressive team of people behind me and we can’t wait to make your dreams come true!

Rodney

I have worked in construction since I was a kid. I grew up on a farm, where I learned the value of hard-work and discipline. I worked with my brother doing remodels in Illinois for 15 years before moving to Arizona. In 2008 I started a landscaping company that has continued to grow to this day and is still growing! Helping my daughter start Father Daughter Construction has been an incredible experience and watching how hard she works and how wise she has become is inspiring! You are in great hands with us!
